Would somebody please tell me how I can get a copy of this book? I buy practically all of my books either from the Books-a-Million store or from Amazon.com online. I ordered the book at least a month ago (I think more) from Amazon, and they put me on hold till early June. Today I got an e-mail saying the shipment would be delayed until June 22. I've looked at BAM (last week) and they didn't have it then. I know some people already have the book because I've seen it featured on some of your blogs. Just can't remember which ones. So can anybody tell me how I might get this book, like, NOW?
