Thanks for everyone who sent me sources for this book. I checked them all out, and Connecting Threads was the cheapest. They have it on sale for $16.77. That's even cheaper than Amazon's price. even with shipping. Ordering directly from the Jane Davila (one of the authors) is the most expensive. Her price is the full $27.95 retail, + $4.05 shipping. But anyway, the book's on the way, and I thank you all.
