Yesterday, I got all the pieces for Lacey and Jared's baby quilt cut out. I also read half of Between, Georgia by Joshilyn Jackson. I found a copy of it here, and since I liked Gods in Alabama, I decided to read it instead of one of the books I brought. We sampled the gazpacho for lunch and it was wonderful. A little spicy, but we like spicy. I made spaghetti and meat balls for dinner. You can see we're eating well.
This morning, after a walk on the beach and peaches and cereal for breakfast, we went to Panama City (the city) for a visit to Quilting By the Bay. It's a great little quilt shop, and I always visit when we come to the beach. I spent some bucks, of course. Got some cute patterns and pretty fabric. Pictures will be included in the photostory that I'll post when we get home.
Going to make lunch (tuna salad and fresh tomatoes), then some reading and sewing this afternoon.
