Warm and Nutty

BreadNo, I’m not talking about the Furbies but about this wonderful-smelling loaf of banana nut bread that I made this morning. I didn’t want to throw away the two over-ripe bananas in the fruit bowl, so I put them to good use. It just came out of the oven. When it cools a bit, I’m going to give it a trial taste.

I worked on millefiori rosettes yesterday while the Merry Maids lady did her thing. I’m not ready for a show-and-tell yet though. Maybe tomorrow.

The pain that has been off the charts this week seems to be a little better today. Maybe it’s the weather. Nice. Warm but not humid. Blue skies, gentle breeze.

I whacked some on my hair (mostly bangs) after my shower this morning. My stylist will probably be appalled when I ever do go for a real haircut. But at least I don’t have hair hanging in my eyes now.

I just realized that I haven’t recorded my reading choices on my blog lately. I’ve been so busy with the rosettes that I haven’t been reading as much as I normally do. But I have finished a few books. I’ll try to get those posted today--if I can remember what I’ve read.

Happy weekend, everyone. The virus is still soaring. Please be safe.

The banana bread looks absolutely delicious! Hope it passed your taste test and you enjoyed have more of it later and today, too. Yum!

If CBD oil is legal in Alabama, do get some of the pills as they may help decrease your pain.

Hugs!
