Witch Hunt
I had a quantum burst of energy or determination or something this morning, climbed the stairs to the sewing room, and finished my "Witch Hunt" top. I had decided to make a small wallhanging/table topper for a number of reason. 1) Sewing time has dwindled lately, 2) I have some other projects that are calling to me, and 3) a small quilt will be more useful and take up less storage space.
I'm considering maybe adding an outer border. The above photos show to two fabrics I have auditioned so far for the border. What do you think? I think the grey would like good with a spider web design quilted into it. There may be others fabrics to consider. I haven't quite finished perusing my stash for possibilities.
All right, Skipper is bugging me, as he always does when I'm in the sewing room. He doesn't like me to have fun without him. Guess I'll have to take the boy downstairs.

The polka dots! I'm a sucker for polka dots!
This is going to be a cute wall hanging or table topper.

The black definitely makes it pop. Hope you feel better. The heat for us here up north has definitely made it hard to feel ambitious.

Well done! I think the polka dots add more pazazz than the gray. I have a great spider web pring that is silver on black and even Ds1 called "creepy"!
Remember to sew hanging triangles on the top two corners so it's easier to hang. :)
Hugs!
