I have wanted some of these little clips for a while now. But I found them to be very pricey in the online quilt shops, $25-$30. So I've just continued to use my old hair clips for my projects. Then someone on Facebook posted that they got some from Amazon for about $9. So I hopped on over to Amazon and ordered a cute little tin with 100 clips inside for $8.99. I got free shipping because I'm a Prime member. The tin that I'd seen advertised on quilt-shop sites for more than $25, which holds 160 clips, is available at Amazon also, for just $12.99. But I figured 100 clips would be a gracious plenty for me, even considering I'll probably lose many of them, and the cats and Skipper will hide a few more. Anyway, I like this tin better than the one that holds the 160 clips.
Assuming Skipper will tolerate me being in the sewing room for a little while today, I'm going to start a new project, another small Halloween quilt, this time as a gift for someone. Photos later.
