I’ve had some pretty trying days lately.The fatigue has been absolutely crushing, and unless I’m off my feet, it’s hard to concentrate on anything except the pain and fatigue. I apologize for ignoring the blog. I have also ignored the sewing room. I haven’t been in there for more than a week now.
However, my furbies agreed to pose for a picture so I would have something to post today. Well, actually, they didn’t so much agree as I just sort of snuck up and snapped a picture while they were relaxing. I call it “The Fearsome Threesome.” That’s Taco in the middle. Broad in the beam, that cat is. Bella in on the right, and Skipper is on the left. I don’t often catch the three of them reclining together like this. I’m glad I was able to capture the moment.

I'd forgotten about that expression "broad in the beam". It made me smile and think of a few individuals I've known and loved. Hope you feel better soon Susan. The current heat wave we are having is causing my feet to swell up something awful. I have cankles.

So sorry for your fatigue and discomfort. I'm right there with your as I've been too tired to sew and have done something to my back that is acting ugly (a Southern expression for misbehaving). Wish we lived closer so we could meet for tea and cookies.
