I got webbing for two more owls traced and fabric scraps chosen for a green and a red owl. Now I'm going back downstairs to have a cup of tomato soup and then read some more. I finished one crime novel this morning, The Calling by Inger Ash Wolf. (See left sidebar for short review.) With the weather changing to cool and cloudy, it seems all I want to do is read these days. I have three more books already lined up on my to-be-read list.

I'm with you on the inclination to just sit and read on these chilly, rainy days we've had. More than 3" of rain has fallen here in the last week but am grateful not to have had the deluge other folks have endured. We turned on the heat this morning just to get the damp chill out of the air indoors.
