The good news is that I did rally a bit yesterday and made it to the sewing room. And I'm feeling pretty good today too. One thing about fibromyalgia, you never know from one hour to the next how you're going to feel. One minute you feel like you can hardly lift your arms, the next you're doing a load of laundry or walking the dogs. It's weird.
That's not always true, of course. Sometimes the symptoms go on for days or weeks. Fortunately I haven't had any of those long-term flares in a while.
I got a good bit of sewing done in the afternoon: several rows of blocks joined on my Autumn Pinwheels quilt and a baby quilt bound. I'll show them Friday since they're both UFOs.
Look what I received this morning: this photo of little Luke on his jungle animals quilt that I made for him. His mommy Falicia sent it to me. Isn't he a darling? Luke is the grandson of one of Andy's dearest friends, Velinda. Falicia is Velinda's daughter.
Today, I'm planning to cut some more pieces for my Smackdown quilt. Hope you all have a good day.

I'm so happy you're feeling better and were able to get some satisfying sewing progress accomplished yesterday!
Luke is so cute and it's apparent he likes his colorful Jungle quilt! Oh, the naps he'll take on top of and underneath that quilt in the coming years.
This morning I awoke with a thought for borders for the Tree of Life center UFO. I took four borders off of this center early in the year and it's been waiting quietly for it's turn. Perhaps that turn will come today. I think this is the last pink/green quilt in my UFO stack. Hope so!
Hugs!

Susan, beautiful quilt and handsome young man. I like your bread you mentioned recently and today I got two loaves at Big Lots for $1.80 each. Thanks for telling me about this excellent product.
