More snow on the way, it seems. Local forecasters are saying we'll get around 3". It's supposed to start this afternoon, so I'm trying really hard to get out of town before then. It's not that I will be away from the snow. I'll be further north, so probably will have more snow. But at least I'll be near the camp and can get there faster when the roads clear up. So tonight's home will be the Holiday Inn.
Andy is looking forward to spending the weekend with the doggies, and I know they're going to love it. Andy is their favorite human, I think.
I'm taking the laptop. Not sure if I'll have service at the camp. If so, I'll check in from time to time. I'm also taking my camera. Hope to have lots of show-and-tell for you when I get home.
News from my friend Gene: He's home but still has a way to go in his recovery from the surgery. He and his family would appreciate your continued prayers.
So, gotta go. I'm burning daylight.

Weather is wreaking havoc EVERYWHERE - even here in H-Town! We are expected to keep our thermostats at 55 degrees. Uhhhhh ... that's a nice OUTSIDE temp, but it's frigid inside a 60 year old badly insulated rent house! Arrrrggghh! However, if we DON'T comply, we are being threatened with more rolling blackouts.
