First I baked them.
Then I iced them.
Then I wrapped them.
Now I have four dozen whoopie pies ready to give to
friends and neighbors...

We don't have them in Alabama either. I discovered them on food channel. Saw Bobby Flay making them. Then found a recipe online. Here's the link to the recipes i used:
