Redrum and Pink-and-Green Siggies

Sig color boost  Twenty-six done--34 to go!

I've been sewing siggy blocks today and watching "The Shining." The scariest movie ever--although it doesn't scare me much anymore since I've seen it about a billion times and know every line in it. And the acting is so corny (I wonder if Kubrick directed it that way), I'm a little ashamed to admit I love the movie--but I do.

The weather has turned downright southern here: very warm and a bit on the sticky side. Just a wee hint of the Alabama summer to come.

Applause for the siggy block progress! Has your nice stamp worked better with the one layer of fabric on a firm surface? Hope so.

OH!!! Not The Shining! Have you ever read the book????? YIKES! I got it because I didn't sent the book club postcard back and when it arrived, I stayed up until 3am to read it all, kept my DH from going to bed, and had every light in the house on. OH ,,, and I didn't sleep a wink. Guess my imagination is better than the movie. It scared me to pieces. Perhaps you're braver than I am!

80*F here, too, and the daylilies are coming up, the plum tree is in bloom, and the jonquils and purple crocus are delightful.

Oh, the Shining has to be one of the scariest stories out there! I don't know which terrified me more, the movie or the book!

Oh my goodness, I love that movie too. And I'm NOT a fan of horror movies, but somehow that one is different.

I have yet to watch the entire movie...while I am not a fan of horror films, I am intrigued by this film.

Your blocks look great!
