I found a new use for the George Forman Grill that our daughter Andy gave us a few Christmases ago. It makes perfect panini. These were made using thick slices of Italian bread, pastrami, cheddar cheese, sauer kraut, and mustard. I spread the bread with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light before grilling them. I probably broke about a dozen culinary rules by combining those things--but that's what I had in the fridge. And it was gooooooood!

Over the holiday vacation I watched a cooking competition sponsored by George Foreman Grills for college students to come up with complete meals done on grills. It was fun to see what the grill can really do.

Oh Susan, that's a great idea. I bought GF grill last year and I didn't like it very much. I was going to give it away because it was nonsense to keep without using it. But now, after seeing your wonderful idea, I think I'll give it a try. I'll tell you later how my paninis turned out.
