A Day of Sewing

Give_thanksAfter about 48 hours of mind-numbing fatigue and feeling like my body was on fire, I have felt much better today. I even got a lot of sewing done. I've been working on the "Give Thanks" banner for the church narthex.

At left is a photo of the center panel with top and bottom leaf panels attached.

Next comes a 3-inch solid red border, then finally an 8-inch border of pieced 2" squares.

Below are the strata for the pieced border.
