Slow Goes It Around Here
These are the beautiful flowers daughter Andy brought me for Mother's Day. For lunch we had salad, spaghetti, and garlic knots for lunch and watched a movie: "Mother." The story line was good and Jay-Lo was good, but the sequences with all the shooting and noise were lame.
I'm sorry but that's about all that has happened around here for the last few weeks. I've read a lot, but you can read about that in the left sidebar. I haven't got much done in the sewing room except to get it straightened up. But I'll get there.
I hope you all had a great Mother's Day

I was glad to see the post as I was becoming concerned about you.
What lovely flowers to brighten your day and your home from sweet Andy! Your festive dinner sounds delicious, too.
Did the garlic knots come from a bakery, a grocery, or were they homemade? I'd love the recipe or information about the source. We still miss the amazing knot bread a Memphis grocery made and that grocery is long out of business. Sigh!
Like you, I have no sewing to report due to a long lasting and most annoying lupus flare. Bother and bummer!
Hugs!
