What's in the Cards?

We came home on Saturday--a day earlier than we had planned  The weather became iffy--cloudy with showers-  So since Angela's prime motivation for going to the beach is to lie in the sand and sun she got a bit bored-  I never get bored no matter where I am or what the weather is like-  I always have books to read quilts to stitch and if I get tired of those I can usually find a movie or tv show to watch-  I truly don't recall the last time I was bored

But anyway Andy got antsy so we returned a day earlier than we had planned--where I found plenty more to do-  After I got all the laundry done I started working on the decluttering project that Jesse and I started several months ago- The first phase of the project was upstairs--moving the sewing room to the spare bedroom and redoing the old sewing studio for Jesse a entertainment lounge--I think that's what he calls it- That phase is almost complete--just a bit of fine tuning to go

Now Jesse's entertainment room is so nice and neat and organized that I'm determined to do likewise downstairs in the living room/ dining room/ kitchen/ and my bedroom-  Trouble is that for the past several years sister Ramey and I have developed a thrift store addiction-  And now I have way too much do-dads/ what-nots/and falderal/  things that were bought on a whim or that I've lost interest in/ things that re totally useless in my life now have got to go-  Some are going back to thrift stores/ some to family and friends-

Under the category of "to family and friends" I realize that I have never thrown away a greeting card--at least not in the past 20-30 years-  I have zillions of cards--Christmas cards/ birthday cards/ Halloween cards/ etc etc etc- For a while I was into paper crafts (altered books/ art journals/ etc) but now my crafting interests are limited to quilting and fabric crafts- I'm pretty sure I will never use any of these cards

So before I toss them I'm offering them here-  If you are into paper crafts or for any reason could use a big box of old greeting cards speak now (that is leave a comment saying you'd like to have the cards)-  If you're the only one to respond you'll get the cards; if more than one person responds I'll put the names in a bowl and have Jesse draw one-

I plan to fill a large USPS flat-rate priority mail box for the winner-  If in fact I have enough cards to fill two or more boxes and if there are several entries there will be more winners
