Another busy week has kept me out of the sewing room. I’m getting fed up with this. Something to do every single day. Except today. But I had physical therapy yesterday; so today must be spent recuperating from that. Friday is probably going to be my last one for a while. Honestly, it takes at least a day, usually two, to be able to walk upright after one of those sessions. Maybe P.T. isn’t for everyone. I go back to the pain doctor in about a week. I’m going to ask about that.
But man! Did I ever find a good coffee! I’m usually not a big fan of Starbucks’ coffee blends. They all seem to taste a little burnt to me. Pike Place is the only one, until now, that I’ve found drinkable.
i was tempted to buy this box of “Fall Blend” k-cups mostly because of the packaging, I think. Everyone knows how I love autumn. But once I got home and brewed a cup, I found I had made an excellent choice. I love it! So tasty--especially with a generous splash of International Delight French Vanilla creamer.
Walmart, where I got it, had only the k-cups, but a friend told me that Target has the ground coffee in bags. I’m going to stock my freezer with it, since it’s a limited edition and probably won’t be available for long.
But right now, I’m going to brew me another cup and take some Ibuprofen for my aching back and body.

Good tip! I wonder if our Target has it as I'd want the ground coffee in a bag.
I'm partial to the Coffeemate Italian Sweet Creme. YUM!
Today I took OZTC Narrosym for my aching knees. It helped a lot but you have to drink a whole glass of water with it. Of course, that's good for you!

I just found this at Target and it is so good. Bags of ground are available. Fall is almost here!!
