Skipper and I spent a bunch of time in the sewing room today, and I made lots of progress on the dress quilt.
The dress is almost finished. I’ll be scattering a few more flowers around. Then all I’ll have to do is create her face and hat and give her some legs and maybe shoes. Then she’ll be ready to fuse, cut out, and attach to the background.

There is a Laura Heine class at my local quilt store. I didn’t realize it’s mostly fussy cutting and fusing. I may need to try one.
