Autumn Quilts
I have some of my Autumn quilts out and displayed. "Dancing Leaves" looks nice, I think, hanging the foyer.
Skipper and I enjoyed snuggling under “Autumn Charm” last night while I read and Skipper snoozed.
I have a few more Autumn quilts that will probably make it out of hiding before the season is over--I hope.
Still not quite finished with the “Star Spangled Summer” top. I plan to finish it tomorrow while Anna is here cleaning. But today, I have to run to the grocery store, then I plan to spend the afternoon back under “Autumn Charm” reading Great Expectations. (I’m sure Skipper will get in a bit more snoozing too.) Reading The Little Stranger, which I finished yesterday, put me in a Charles Dickens kind of mood and I decided to reread this wonderful classic, starring Pip, Miss Faversham, and many more wonderful characters
Happy Autumn, everyone. Not official for a few more days, but it’s definitely autumn-like here, with cool nights and warm, dry days. We’re even seeing little hints of color among the trees and foliage.

Your quilts are very fallish. I do not have any in this color but do have MANY. Vintage and new. Lots of them are hand quilted.
