Post Post-poned

I had every good intention of posting photos from yesterday's guild meeting of our Crayon Challenge entries. But I have spent much of the day running around with Jesse and having lunch at El Chokador--and I'm pooped. So please check back tomorrow.

Great photo of the snoozy cat and very descriptive of fatigue.

I'm looking forward to seeing the quilts made for the Crayon Challenge and your challenge quilt in particular. Fret not, I can wait until tomorrow.

About Me

Hi. My name is Susan, and I'm a lover of all things fabric related. When I first started sewing, in my teens, I made clothes. I learned to sew on a beautiful Singer treadle machine. I remember the first garment I made was a dress for the 4-H dress review when I was in Junior High.

In my 20s and 30s, I made almost all my and my children's clothes. I added quiltmaking in my late 20s, and gradually drifted away from garment making. I still make the occasional wearable, but most of my sewing time is spent on quilts.

I also enjoy reading and occasionally pick up the crochet hook or knitting needles. I invite you to visit here often. I'd like to share my interests with you.
