This weekend we have celebrated a full honey moon, a Friday 13th, Flag Day, Jesse's new truck (more later), and today Father's Day. So I decided to bake a blueberry pie this morning. Happy everything, everyone.

What a beautiful pie! Any pie with a real crust, much less at top crust, too, impresses me! I'm about to bake an "All Things are Possible" pie, aka Impossible Pie, as we love its coconut custard goodness.
Please send in someone to examine my head as I've once again started trying to make this wee sewing room hold more than it seems willing to hold. As you might expect, there is an even bigger mess in here now and my cutting table surface needs to excavated. Help!
