Carmela Soprano Could Not Have Done Better

For dinner last night, I made Rigatoni with ground beef, pepperoni, tomato sauce, mozzeralla, and cheddar. It was so good! Even Jesse thought so and took the leftovers for lunch last night. It pleases me no end when I come up with a dish he likes.

Yum! I'm getting hungry just looking at it. Wish we had "smellavision". I'll bet it was awesome.

Oh, YUM! We had a microwave cooked chicken with tossed salad last night. You win!

A friend sent DH a package to cheer him up as he deals with Bell's Palsy (nearly 3 mo. now) and the friend's quilter wife surprised me by putting lovely fabric, nicely folded in the box as padding! Most are small pieces of beautiful Oriental fabrics but there was some yardage, too. I have to say, fabric as packing material beats packing peanuts, air pillows, and wadded up newspaper hands down!!

Hugs!

This was a go to recipe for my mother in law. It's now a must for all the rest of us now. Yummy for sure. Love your blog, that Skipper is quite the guy for sure. But I love to hear about all your babies. Obviously Jessie isn't taking the kitties?

Yum - the recipe looks delicious! Using the broiler is a new one for me. Thanks for the tip on the book "the cabin" I'm going to research it today!
