Ingredients
- 1 package rigatoni
- Pizza sauce and spaghetti sauce*
- 1 pound ground beef
- Small package pepperoni or half of large package
- Grated mozzarella
- Grated cheddar
In skillet, brown the beef, drain, then add pepperoni and sauces and heat till sauce is bubbly. *The recipe intructions called for a small jar of pizza sauce. I found that to be inadequate. I had a jar of spaghetti sauce in the pantry, so I added half of that along with the jar of pizza sauce.
Pour meat/sauce mixture over pasta and mix well. Pour into a baking dish that you have sprayed with cooking spray.
Over top of pasta, sprinkle grated cheeses. I mixed mine together before sprinkling for consistency. I think the recipe actually called for a cup of grated pizza cheese. I just sprinkled on the cheese until I felt I had enough.
Place dish under broiler for a few minutes until the cheese is thoroughly melted. Watch closely and don't let it burn.

Thank you for this recipe! As I said before, it looks delicious and am glad you included notes from your experience making it.
What size baking dish did you use? If it makes enough to fill a 9"x13" dish, we'll be sharing some with AMIL next door.
Hugs!

Sounds absolutely delicious! Never thought of putting it under broiler instead of into the oven.

Sounds good. I'll have to try this. What we could find if we just turned the package around.
