The large center plate on the top shelf of the hutch covers the big hole in the wallpaper.
The flies haven't got into the buttermilk yet, but they're all over the kitchen walls, as you can see.
Nobody has sent me a photo of a doll house block, so I guess that means nobody is ready to show work today except me. As you can see, mine isn't finished, just fused. I hope to get back to work sewing next week.
My friend Bonnie phoned this morning and says she's on her way. She's driving from northern Virginia, and her doctor has told her she must take two days for the trip and make frequent rest stops. So she expects to be here tomorrow evening.
Then we have a very busy weekend planned with our former classmates. Friday we'll go up to the Depot to decorate, have lunch together, and visit with everyone on the reunion committee. Then Saturday morning, I think there's a coffee. Not clear if that was decided or not. And Friday evening is the big party. Sunday morning, everyone who wants to is going to Cracker Barrel for breakfast. Then it will all be over until the next time.
All you Dollhouse Quilt-a-longers, watch your email boxes for the next pattern in the series. This time it will be the Sewing Room. This one should be fun. And don't worry about being behind. No penalties or pressure, remember. Just sew at your own pace.
My computer is behaving so much more efficiently now that it's in my sewing room. I should have moved it long ago, but who knew? The only part of my sewing room that is usable right now is the little dog-house alcove where I put my computer. I have my work cut out for me next week getting everything straightened up in here.
OK now, there's work to be done. So I'll catch you folks later. Have a great Hump Day.

I love the kitchen block. Looks like you've got enough to keep you busy this week :) The plan for your reunion is almost identical to ours in '03, the same place, the Cracker Barrel breakfast and all. Give Bonnie my love when she arrives.

Such a cute block! What size is it? I can't imagine working with such tiny pieces, getting them to stay put, quick, so they don't move before the iron can do its work! Have a very fun weekend with all your reunion friends!

Cute and charming kitchen block and love the plate solution for the hole in the wallpaper!! Well done!
Have a wonderful time with your friends at the reunion and please tell Bonnie next time she can pick me up as she drives near Richmond!
I'm staying with FIL while DH and AMIL are at the grocery and a storm is upon us.
Tootles and hugs!

If Jesses's TV is on a High Definition channel (HD) it will hog your bandwidth, ask him to watch standard def when you want to use your computer and to not leave the TV on an HD channel when he's not watching it.
That block is the cutest thing ever!
