I've been so busy the last few days, I haven't even been upstairs. Thus no blog posts. When I haven't been cleaning, cooking, mourning, or socializing, I've been on the couch resting up from doing those things. I find that if I don't spend at least an equal amount of time resting as doing, the fibro monster really acts up. Well, he does anyway, but you know.
We buried my sister-in-law on Saturday. On Sunday, we celebrated my niece India's birthday with a party at my house. And yesterday, I attended quilters bee at my friend Sally's house. And mixed in with all that, I shopped, cleaned, and cooked. This morning, I finally made it up the stairs. I hope my energy endures a while longer so that I can get a little done in the sewing room, but right now I'm not feeling hopeful. I feel like a two-week-old mylar balloon, all out of air and altitude.
So I'll close now and go into the sewing room and look around and then, we'll see.

I sympathize, I'm a fibro sufferer too! Also my condolences on the passing of your sister-in-law.
Do take it easy.

Again, sympathy on the loss of your sister-in-law.
Happy Birthday to India!
That balloon is an eloquent analogy! Wishing you more spoons to take you where you want to go, to let you do what you want (and need) to do, and to still have what it takes to walk Sophie and Skipper. Wishing you well!
It's good to hear from you again. I've missed you.
Big hugs!
