I finished up my spread for Shelia's "By Hand" journal yesterday. It was fun. I used lots of fabric, buttons, some cross stitch pieces I've collected from thrift stores and yard sales, and a photo collage of some of my quilts. Hope she likes it.

Applause, applause! How simply charming and Sheila surely be delighted to have it! Does it go back to Sheila now or to another home for more creative pages?
I have a few more finished little quilt tops to show this week and I know I need to get each of them quilted, bound, labeled, and completed before they're off my UFO list.
Today is the calm before the storm here as tomorrow may bring thunderstorms and wind. Maybe it will be a good day to quilt?

Wow! This is so intriguing. I must echo Barbara Anne's question...does it go back to Sheila now or to some other delightfully talented artist? And will you be getting to do pages for other people as well? I'd love to see a post that explains just what you are doing!

I am sure Sheila will love it! This is a wonderful idea. I saw Sheila's when she posted it and loved it! I am wondering also how many other ladies use their creative touch for the album.

Love your Rabbits in the Cabin quilt. A friend of mine,94 yrs. young and in Ass. Living, did the hand button hold stitch on the rabbits. Somewhere between her and my mother-in-law moving in, after stroke, with us the book got misplaced. BUT one day it will show up and get finished. Was wanting to take it to retreat in couple weeks but have tons of UFO's that could be worked on.
