UFO Progress Report: Week 2 (2012)

Blog1

I did a little handquilting on "Blackberry Creek" and joined a few of the string blocks for the cuddle quilt this week--but that's about all in the way of UFOs that I got done.

Thanks for all your birthday wishes for the doggies; and thanks for the well wishes for me. I have to find a new doctor or talk one of the ones I've seen into finding me some help for my back. Either that or give up and go to bed--which is what I'm about to do right now

Below is Mr. Linky. Please enter your link if you're a member of the UFO Busting Challenge. If you aren't but would like to join, just let me know. We welcome all busters.

Happy Birthday Susan. Sorry I missed that.

Sorry your back is still hurting. Have you tried Flexaril, Naprosyn, and a hot shower? Letting hot water flow down my back really helps. Then I dress warmly as being chilly makes it worse again.

Love your string blocks and all the happy fabrics there-in.

I got started looking thru my two drawers of fabric panels and have separated them into stacks to keep, to get rid of (sell or donate), and to cut because I need only one of two or more duplicates. This process has turned my little sewing room into a wreck. Today I clean up so I can report some progress next week.

Hugs!

Hi Susan ~ I hope you can find some relief for your back! And at least you did some handwork on your quilting...just a little sewing is a big accomplishment. This week I focused on my Saturday Sampler block which is due for class tomorrow...our last class for this sampler pattern. So...no UFO work this week but hopefully next!
