I didn't get that binding made like I'd planned, but I did get five backings stitched up so that I can send my five unquilted tops to Debra to be quilted. They're all small quilts, but UFOs all the same. They'll make a good on-hand supply of baby quilts and cuddle quilts to fill my needs for a while.
Here's Blogless Barbara's weekly report:
- paired up and sewed 3 short seams in the Mini-Fan quilt
- more hand sewing on the Summer Fans binding
The End!
Like some of the rest of us, life has interfered with Barbara's sewing this week. She also noted that I gave her credit for five more www.alzquilts.org quilts that have not actually been completed yet. Sorry for the blooper, Barbara.
Mr. Linky should be lurking at the bottom of this post. Be sure to add your link if you have some busting to tell about this week.

Bot my UFO update done. See my post, but I thanked you, Susan for doing this UFO bust. It got me off my duff and sewing on this UFO yesterday so I'd have something to report today! Thanks a million. Hope you're feeling well and getting some nice spring weather!

That first word should have been "Got", not "Bot!" Sorry!

Hi Susan ~ sounds like you ended up with a lot accomplished if you took FIVE tops to be quilted! Great! And congratulations to Barbara who is hanging in there, too! I know everyone is tired of hearing about these geraniums! But one day they WILL get crossed off the list! LOL!

I am excited to be getting your baby quilts, Susan! My machine has a voracious appetite-wants to quilt everything in sight!

Just found your blog and printed your Sour Cream Pound Cake recipe-----it look so good, I can almost taste it. Think I will serve it to my quilt friends next time. I signed as a Follower, hope you will stop by my blog and Sugarland Quilts and take a look.

I'm so impressed with you, my friend! You are accomplishing things by leaps & bounds! And that fabric? DELICIOUS! NOTE: Barbara Anne - you just HAVE to start a blog! PLEASE????? Despite all the ridiculous & annoying health issues here, I've completed ALL of my March bd things and all of my Easter/Spring things. So I feel pretty pleased with my bad self. Don't YOU overdo! LOOOOVE you bunches!

Well done on getting those backings ready for your little UFOs!! I've wondered how wrinkled quilts and backings would arrive at Debra's after being boxed and mailed.
Yep, life is what happens while you're making other plans!
Kai, I had to laugh about my starting a blog. My computer crashed about 3 weeks ago and I'm blundering along on DH's desk-top. Still don't know how to post photos from this computer. Bother! Perhaps I'll start a blog when I have my new computer - maybe, maybe not. What would I blog about??
We'll be cleaning out last year's garden today if it gets warm enough and I can already hear my arthritic fingers wailing!
Hugs!

Hi Susan, I am proud of you. I am still piecing last years New Years projects for quilting. Shame on me. My cousin is here and she will get me going again.
Spring is trying to happen here but it is cold today. A good day for sewing huh?
Hugs, Jeanne

Hi Susan - you get more done in a week (a day!)!! Congrats for getting those crossed off your list. And please tell blogless Barbara she's doing fine too. And please tell Barbara Anne she definitely needs a blog! She's so nice to leave her encouraging comments on our blogs! Also, if she was trying to upload photos through "Blogger" that could've been part of her problem. I had problems this week with Blogger taking me to "Cloud Picker", or something like that, every single time I was trying to post a photo and it would block me from using my usual sources. Drove me crazy. Ended up having to switch back and forth between "Old Editor" and "New Editor". Thankfully, today Blogger seems back on track.
I COMPLETELY agree with Mama Pea! Thanks so much!

I noticed that one of your quilts is for the "Quiltmaker's Gift" line of fabric. Would love to see the whole thing.
