I was lucky enough in the door prize drawing at the quilters retreat to win this pack of pretty pink-and-brown fabrics. The package included a pattern, but I think I'll use them to make pinwheels or stars for an upcoming baby quilt.
At Monday's meeting, a fellow guild member was selling these wonderful quilter pins that she had made. I thought this one bore a remarkable likeness to me (except she has brown eyes instead of blue), so I had to have her.

Love the fabrics! I made a red/pink pieced heart for another itty bitty alz quilt yesterday and have really enjoyed working with pinks recently.
Your little quilter pin is adorable! Wonder if her Visa card is maxed out from fabric purchases?!
