I received this wonderful bunch of treasures from my Facebook friend Sylvia yesterday. Not one, but two pairs of beautiful slippers that she crocheted, a package of Mary Englebreit hankies, a sweet M.E. card, and a little spoon charm (so I'll never run out of spoons). Sylvia knows what it's like to have to conserve your spoons; she's a chronic pain sufferer too.
Thank you, Sylvia, my friend. I can't wait for cooler weather so I can warm my tootsies with those lovely slippers.
Now go on over to Sue's blogfor more Rednesday fun.

What fun to get such sweet and thoughtful gifts in the mail from a dear friend! The handmade slippers are utterly special.
I especially love the spoon charm as I'm one who had limited spoons, too, a la lupus. Isn't it a bother? The tiny spoon and heart do bring a smile!
Hugs!
