I had a lot of luck last week with thrift finds. At one local yard sale I found this absolutely wonderful Coca-Cola patio set. I decided it was perfect for my front porch. I'll gussy it up some more, but I want to show it now while my excitement is high. It's brand new, still bearing the tag from the manufacturer, and I got it for half of the original cost. (I looked it up online.) Don't you just love it when you score a bargain on something you really love?
Earlier in the week I found this wonderful blue-and-white sheet (below) that will be perfect for my guest room bed. I'll probably use a plain white fitted sheet for the bottom. Price for the perfect condition sheet: $2.00.
I have another thrift find to show you that i'm excited about, but it's in the basement right now and I haven't photographed it yet. So I'll save it for another day real soon. Today I have to get up and get busy. I have a lot of little detail stuff to take care ot today. You know, the necessary errands like paying bills and calling insurance companies and such like. Bore, bore, bore.
Oh yeah, almost forgot: Sophie says thanks for your compliments on her art work. She's upstairs now, measuring off an area in the sewing room to set up an easel. Actually she's on the couch licking her derriere. It seems l'artistes have strange rituals.

OOOOOOOH! RED & Coke! Does it GET any more perfect? Huh-uh! I love that table and chairs! And your red geraniums like it, too! The sheet is a lovely find! How nice & inviting it looks!
