Don't do this! >>>>>>
After a busy, busy weekend of socializing (does that make us socialists?), the busyness continued through the first part of the week. Vann had chemo Monday and Tuesday. But Dr. L. gave him a long break this time. No more chemo until May 18, almost three weeks. Which is good because we have some good stuff planned during the next few weeks: a visit from Phillip and Carrie and a trip to the beach, to mention two. We're really looking forward to both.Yesterday was busy too. The couple who helps me with housework every two weeks was here, then we ran out to grab a quick lunch, then Vann went with Paul to see our across-the-street neighbor boy play soccer. Though I love to see Hunter kick that soccer ball, I stayed home with Sophie. We rested and watched the Presidential address and "Criminal Minds." I know some of my readers believe those two things to be the same, but Sophie and I are still giving the President our support, although we don't agree with all his decisions, of course.

Sophie's mostly giving the first dog Bo her support. She thinks he's hot. She says, "Black Dogs Rule!"
During this busy week, I did manage to get three rows of my "Bundt Cake" quilt sewn together. I hope the rest of the week is slow and I can get it finished.
I'm afraid I gave the wrong impression that this doggie is Sophie. In fact, it is First Doggie Bo Obama--or B'Obama, as we call him.
