Here's how it would work: sign up by sending me an e-mail at suscleve@aol.com. Do this by September 15. On Sept. 16, I will assign partners. Then you will have until October 15 to send your partner her goodies.
Here's what you will send:
1. At least one handmade item. It could be an apron, a tote, jewelry, a hat, a decorative item, table runner, placemats, a pillow or pillowcase, or any nice handmade item. But IT MUST BE HALLOWEEN themed. And it doesn't necessarily have to be made by you. It can be a handmade item that you've purchased. (And I don't mean handmade in Taiwan and purchased Wal-Mart.) Try an online site like Etsy or Ebay for nice handmades. Or maybe you have a friend who sells handmade gifts.
2. Add to that at least three more small Halloween items. These can be purchased or handmade and they need not be expensive. hey can even come from the dollar store. Just don't send anything you wouldn't like to receive yourself.
Remember, your items will need to be in the mail no later than October 15.
You don't have to have a blog to join this swap. But you do need to have an e-mail address and be willing to give your full name, mailing address, and e-mail address to me by private e-mail. Your name and mailing address will then be supplied to your swap partner by private e-mail.
If you know of anyone who might like to take part in this swap, pass the word along please.

Oh, me, too! What fun! And I promise I won't go near Walmart for anything 'handmade in Taiwan.' It will come from my own little fingers!

This sounds like so much fun and normally I would jump right in...but, you lost me at HANDMADE ! I couldn't "make" something if my life depended on it.
Ya'll have fun and I will watch for a posting of your goodies....
