It's funny how some of these cards just take on a life of their own and almost make themselves. I couldn't come up with an idea so I just started going through my paper stash and clip art books and this is what happened. I didn't think I'd like it, but I really do. It's sort of patriotic--good for this time of year with July 4 right around the corner.
So that's all I have for today. Got to get to work in the sewing room. Got borders to sew, blocks to make, journals to create. Have a great day, and stay cool.
Edit on 6-12: I just realized that I haven't named this card. It is "Little Miss Liberty."

I like this one too! I'm actually trying to stay warm. We have 50's here today. I still haven't been able to totally put away my sweatshirts for the season.

I like this one, too. She is adorable.
I have journals to do, too. I have a circle journal I need to complete. The topic is Guilty Pleasures. I don't think I feel guilty about any of my pleasures.

That's fabulous! It looks like it should be part of the Romantic Homes vintage Fourth of July section! Good luck with all the stuff you need to work on. I'm trying to get a lot of my UFO's tackled myself.

Hi Susan!
thanks for coming by and looking at my quilts! I do have many artistic interests in common with you! LOL! Altered books, collage, etc. You are right, the collage art takes on a life of it's own! It is such an interesting process and sometimes with stunning results!
