Altered Playing Card #16/52

Kiss_cardThe image of the two little girls kissing came out of a Dover book of Victorian clip art. It's a little freaky, but then it was a freaky time (the Victorian Era, I mean).

I did something in the background with a green marker that didn't turn out well, so that's why all the silk flowers got bradded on--to cover up the boo boo.

The Fibro Monster is back--well, actually he has been coming and going for several days now. I'll have bad day, then a good day, then another bad one. Never know what to expect, just like the weather, which I believe has a lot to do with the Fibro Monster's schedule.  Yesterday we had rain, sleet, and hail. Yes we did.

I'm scheduled to go to Kut Ups this afternoon for a cut and color and then with Jesse to The Pants Store to get him fitted for a tux for his prom. Maybe one more cup of coffee will do the trick.

At least we don't have to worry about this being tax deadline day. We did that weeks ago. Hope none of you are laboring over a Form 1040 today.

Even with the marker boo boo your card came out looking cute.

I have really enjoyed all of your ATCs, and this one is not exception. The Victorian image is adorable, and I totally agree that era included more than its share of weirdness.

Be sure to spray yourself with Fibro Monster repellent. Spray good now, be sure not to miss any spots.

The flowers look great on there. If you hadn't said anything about a boo-boo, who'd have known.
