Thanks so much for the cake recipe. AND I'm sooo glad to see that it's of the non-fattening kind!! :) I will make it for the Thanksgiving get together. Ha, that would be my Mom and me.
Small family to begin with and even smaller since my Dad is no longer with us in body. Yesterday, we went out to lunch because it would have been his birthday. Kind of a tradition since 1996.
Anyway, glad I came across your site as I appreciate your attitude and outlook on life in general. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.

Thank you so much for the recipe. When my students came to class, I allways prepare a cake or biscuits, so for this Wednesday I am going to make this cake and tell them it's a recipe from another quilter. Do you want to come and join us for a cup of tea?
