Today is the second anniversary of the day Mama passed away. Since I still find it hard to write about that, or even about her, I'm simply going to post a photo of her and Daddy, taken about 1933. She would have been 19, and he 22.
Daddy passed away on Jan. 15, 1977.
Here's Photo #3 in my 265 Photos project. For some reason, I can't get the last photo I load to appear in Photo Album window on the home page. (St. Francis is still showing.) So I'm posting it here till I figure out how to make it show in the album window.
This is Weili. He belongs to our son Phillip and his girlfriend Carrie. He was rescued at the animal shelter, and we don't know his exact pedigree. But he's a sweet doggie. We all love him, although Sophie won't admit that she does. She's jealous of him. Last night Weili (this is pronouced Wiley) drug Sophie's toy basket all over the place, stewing toys everywhere, and Sophie got really pissed. She pouted all night.
Phillip, Carrie, and Weili left this morning on their way back to Oklahoma. We won't see them again for a while. We miss them a lot, even Sophie.

Losing moms has to be rough. Sorry to hear you had to go through that experience.
