I am so grateful for all the energy that I seem to have all of a sudden. Ever since Dr. T gave me the injections, I've been feeling better and better. (Wonder what the heck was in those shots?)Today was amazing. I did three loads of laundry, spent an hour doing my physical therapy exercises, spent three hours at the beauty shop getting a cut and color, went grocery shopping, came home and unloaded the car and put the groceries away, walked Sophie a mile, and did another load of laundry. And I still have enough energy left over to make dinner (made-from-scratch sloppy joe tonight). Sometimes the adage, "No pain, no gain," is just not true. I keep expecting it all to come to a crashing hault, but so far, so good.
