This is some of the women's Bible study group of which I'm a member. We're known as WOW (Women of Worship).
Vann shot this photo after church yesterday. Don't we look snazzy in our hot pink and lime green t-shirts. Sandra B. ordered them for us, and we decided to wear them to church. Bynum E. gave a testimony about the group. She told about Joan's impromptu performance of "Amazing Grace" at the restaurant in Orange Beach. Some of us teared up, as usual.
I love these women. And I love the bond that has formed among us. It makes us all stronger. Love always does that, doesn't it?

If I had been sitting behind y'all in church, I couldn't have looked at anything except that bunch of pink shirts. LOVE that bubble-gum color!

Yep, I think you're lucky to have a great
group of friends @ church, too.
I LIKE the way you're dressed, too! Even
@ the local Catholic churches around here,
people wear jeans, capris, etc. I myself
probably wouldn't wear shorts to church, but I do wear jeans, slacks, etc. Remember
when we were kids & you HAD to "dress up"?
I recall one summer during VBS (@ the Baptist church we belonged to) the teacher
came over & whispered she was going to have
to call my mother to come get me because:
I'D WORN SHORTS TO CLASS THAT DAY!!!!! OMG!! I remember thinking "Well, my mother
KNOWS I did, she told me to, so I guess even SHE must've thought 'It's summer, so God won't mind!'
Umm, I still don't think He minded.
