Well, this day went by like a bat out of hell! I haven't accomplished anything today. Got up early, about 7:00. Read my Sunday school lesson, made coffee, did my p.t. exercises--by then, Vann was up. Fixed breakfast. Then we went to library, hair stylist to pick up book I left there on Saturday, Joseph's Storehouse to deliver a trunkful of donations, Pioneer Hardware where Vann had to get a screw (no, really) and I took a photo of the totum head out front for my 365 photos project, then to Wal-Mart to pick up some things. Came home. Fixed lunch (chef salad and chicken enchilada soup). After lunch, Vann went to run another errand, and I lay down on the couch to read but didn't get many much reading done. I woke up when he came in. That's it to this point. It's getting dark outside, although it's only about 5:00 p.m.
The mobile groomer (Diane) is coming in about an hour to give Sophie a "do." It will be the first time we've used her. She comes in a van all tricked out with everything necessary to groom a doggie. It's more expensive than where we've been taking her (about $15 more), but we don't have to leave the house (twice), and we don't have to leave her at the groomer's all day. If she does a good job, we'll probably keep her.
I have both of my journal quilts finished (CPS January quilt and January 12 x 12) except for the binding. I want to put traditional binding on them, like real quilts. Maybe I'll get that done tomorrow.
