Never give up on those unfinished projects. I started this quilt in 1981 when the pattern appeared in a magazine (whose title I can't now remember) published by the company I worked for. After a while, other things caught my interest and I put it away. But every now and then, over the years, I would pull it out and do a little more work on it. A decade after I started it, in 1991, I finished. I titled it "Endless Autumn" because it took so long to complete. And now it's one of my favorite quilts. Hand appliquéd, hand embroidered, and hand quilted.
What a lovely quilt and am so very glad you finished it so it can be enjoyed each autumn! Your neighboring decorations are so cute, too.
