The sun stuck it's face through the clouds briefly this afternoon, didn't like what it saw, and went back. It's still pretty cold too. Last night was chili night; I cooked a big pot of what Vann calls my "famous chili", and Lori came for dinner. She brought Daisy, which upset Sophie no end, but I was glad to see them both. Today we had chili for lunch, and there's still enough left for several more servings.
I finally got a pedometer today. I clipped it on and went walking with Sophie. We walked a mile, about 2,500 steps. My goal is to get up to 10,000 steps a day. Wow, that's four miles.
Haven't done any art or sewing today, but I did get the computer room straightened up while Linda and Mary (bi-weekly cleaning ladies) cleaned the rest of the house. My sewing room is such a mess, I don't even want to open the door. But I have several projects I have to finish before we leave for our cruise (only nine more days till we leave), so I better get busy.

Congratulations on getting the pedometer. I bet Sophie will be very happy with the walks. It is cold here today, and Chilli sounds good!

My dogs have become real pests if I skip their walk. It's good for all of us! I bet Sophie will push you out the door too.
