I got back to work on Karen's quilt today. I have all the blocks sewn into rows, but only a couple of the rows joined. As soon as the rest of the rows are joined the top will be finished. I'm going to piece a backing, but I haven't decided on the the fabric for it yet. I can't decide whether to go lighter or darker for the backing. Probably lighter.
During my time of non-sewing, I've been watching "The Following," a series from a few years ago starring Kevin Bacon as a troubled FBI agent chasing a very scary serial killer. I finished it last night 42 episodes. Except for the exceedingly (and ridiculously) large number of dead bodies, the series was pretty good. Another problem with the series, imo, was the fact that every five minutes or so someone would ask someone else, "Are you OK?" But anything with Kevin Bacon, gotta be good. It's on Amazon Prime, but you have to rent it. It's also on CW for free, but you have to watch commercials.
