I’ve been in a pretty severe flare this week. But it rained last night, and the flare seems to be lifting. I’m not sure that those two things are related, but I was happy for both.
Moving right along with the Halloween Mystery Challenge. The wedges (look sort of like candy corn) are from Clue 2, and sewing the bat blocks is Clue 3. I sewed my first bat block incorrectly. The bottom square is upside down. Thank goodness it was the only one I had sewn when I realized my error. I’ll get back to it later.
Happy September, everyone. Rabbit Rabbit! This year has sped by like a 747, but I am happy to know cool weather is on the way.

I like this quilt challenge! I didn't realize the block was upside down. It looks good like that!
I do think the weather effects our fibro and arthritis and every other bone and muscle problem. I felt fine when I woke up. Fed the dog and fish, had gotten my water and coffee, was starting to drink my coffee and wham! I thought someone was trying to break my spine! I have chronic pain, so I mostly live at a 7 or 8 everyday. Yet this...well, I sat and rocked, scared the poor dog and cats silly! And about 2 hours later, like a switch was flipped, it went away! Obviously the air pressure changed. Always something to keep us on our toes!
Hope you have a nice Labor Day weekend!

Great clues and blocks! I didn't realize block 3 had an error - looks okay to me. :)
I'm making good progress on my autumn and smaller version of Kim Brackett's Over an Under quilt, so am pleased by that.
It's still hot here, but am glad it's September!
Hugs!
