Row One Is Done

I got all the sashing and corner stones cut out and Row 1 put together. But now Skipper quotes Popeye by saying, "Enough is too much." (At least I believe it was Popeye who first said that.) The Skipster wants me downstairs now. NOW!

More tomorrow--I hope.

About Me

Hi. My name is Susan, and I'm a lover of all things fabric related. When I first started sewing, in my teens, I made clothes. I learned to sew on a beautiful Singer treadle machine. I remember the first garment I made was a dress for the 4-H dress review when I was in Junior High.

In my 20s and 30s, I made almost all my and my children's clothes. I added quiltmaking in my late 20s, and gradually drifted away from garment making. I still make the occasional wearable, but most of my sewing time is spent on quilts.
