Boooooo to Yooooo

This is a scene from one of my favorite mid-20th-century horror movies, "The Tingler." Although it's a very silly and tacky movie, it still makes my skin crawl just thinking about it. Eeeeeewwww! I LOVE IT!

I'm about to watch this old movie, which is playing on Turner Classic Movies at 2:00. What better way to celebrate Halloween Day than with frights and memories from my childhood. My sister Ramey and I saw this screamer several times at the Roxy Theatre in our hometown. The Roxy is long gone. I'm glad this ridiculous movie survives.

Happy Halloween, everyone!

BOOOOOOOO! Happy Halloween to you,too!

We're so far off the street that we've never had trick or treaters so don't buy candy and we don't like scary movies either. I guess my few pumpkins and Halloween wall quilt, larger and tiny will have to do.

DH's aunts attached (somehow) a length of white fur down the back of their black Scottie, Katie, as her costume for today! She's a non-stinky skunk!

Hugs!
