Horses With Borders

H1

Jenny's beautiful "Persian Horses" now has borders. I finished them up this morning. Before I baste it for quilting, I need to try to remove some pencil marks from the blocks. Now what was that formula? Something about Dawn detergent and lemon juice? Or is it Dawn and vinegar. I think my next order of business is a trip to Google.

H2I'll use the inner border fabric (light) for the backing and hanging sleeve
and the outer border fabric (dark) for binding.

H3I'm planning to use these two leftover horse blocks to make a matching pillow.

Applause, applause!!! Well done on getting the border fabrics chosen yesterday and now already cut and sewn on. What a great idea to use the extra block for pillows, too. You go, girl!!

Hugs!
