"Good morning, SuSu. Time to love on your favorite cat. Purr purr purr purr purrrrrrrrrr."
He is right up in my face, where he settles himself each morning, demanding I pet him.

Hi Susan -
LOL - He's demanding that you pet him, AND he's also thinking "SuSu, you must get up and feed me" He is so cute. I lost my cat a couple of weeks ago, she died from heart failure. I miss her purring in the morning and running to meet me at her food dish.
Wishing you many blessings,
Linda

We have an alarm cat, too. Tom sleeps on a guest bed in front of an uncurtained east window. He usually starts meowing at 8a, rarely at 7a, and sometimes at 9a. If I ignore him, he will take a flying leap from the dresser and land on DH's stomach - OOOFF! I do try to get up before that happens.
I really need to get a black-out curtain for that window!
Heaven help me, I'm trying to reorganize my itty bitty sewing room where too much non-sewing stuff has landed somehow. Glub, glub!
Hugs!

I am sure they can tell time. My cat knows when it is exactly 7 o'clock for her food. They're a lot of company, aren't they? Love my cats.
