This is my play bag I take with me to the hospital each day. As you can see, it has my knitting and my reading, and my brand new issue of Love of Quilting. Not getting much sewing done these days, but I have plans for when Vann gets home (see below).
To work on my August Charming Girls Challenge project......
and to finish this mystery project for the Charming Girls Tea Towel Swap.
***
My Disappearing Nine Patch Blocks from the swap came in last week. Aren't they gorgeous? Can anyone tell me what that rabbit fabric is and where I can get some?
Vann is feeling better each day and holding his own as far as the disease is concerned. He went through a very long chemo session yesterday as well as the procedure to draw more fluid from his abdomen. Still no word about when Dr. L. is going to release him to come home.
I'm off now in search of 100% cotton pajamas for Vann. That was his request today, But right this minute, Sophie's request is for me to take her outside. So bye to all my good blogging buddies.

Hi friend!
Here's a great fabric shop search that may be good help with the fabric hunt. I'll look there for you but you should know about this anyway. www.quiltshops.com click on search, select search words, and click Thumbnails. No matches? Try different words.
Cheers that Vann is feeling better and hanging in there. I know it's no fun because there are few times in life when hospitals are fun.
Love your busy-bag contents!
Prayers and thanksgiving continue ....
Hugs to all!

I hope Vann gets to come home soon. I know he will be more comfortable there. That rabbit fabric is a new Moda line from Tula Pink called Hushabye.

Thanks for letting us know how you both are doing, Susan. I know how hard it is to be in the hospital - for both of you.
I'm praying.
