They call them Whimsy Jars, and they're very popular with Swap-Bot swappers. So of course, I had to get in on the fun. And it was fun. Decorating this jar and filling it will Halloween treats was lots of fun. But I am glad it's done and in the mail to my swap partner. All my Swap-Bot swaps are done now, and there'll be no more for a while. I'm doing really good at cleaning out the dust bunnies in my life. When I'm finished, I think I'll work on the dust bunnies in my office and sewing room. But right now, I have to go work on that cookbook. It has to be out by Monday to make it in time for Christmas copies. I'm also scheduled to leave for my bee's quilting retreat on Monday. You see, still plenty of dust bunnies--but I'm working on them.

The whimsy jar is sweet! Good luck with the cookbook, that's a daunting task...

Shame on you for calling your Monday retreat
one of your dust bunnies. Wish I was going
but children are coming for birthday and our sixtieth
(yes that is right) anniversary.
(didn't know that I was that old did you?)

I love the jar, it is fantastic.
Good for you, Susan. You're doing great. I know you will thrive as you remove some of the pressure.
